Job Description:
HCM Module Specialization: Provide technical and functional support for Oracle EBS HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, and Self-Service HR, aligning solutions with HR best practices.
Requirement Gathering and Solution Design: Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements, configure systems, and ensure that the platform aligns with organizational HR policies and legal requirements.
Configuration and Customization of HCM Modules: Customize and configure HCM modules to enhance employee data management, payroll processing, and self-service functionalities.
Training and User Support: Conduct training for HR staff, create user guides, and support HR in resolving issues and optimizing system usage post-implementation.
Requirements and Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM modules, including HR, Payroll, and Self-Service.
Skills: Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Forms; knowledge of HR processes and legal requirements; ability to create custom reports and configurations.
Certifications: Oracle HCM Certification preferred.
