Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information.
Handle customer complaints and follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Maintain a strong knowledge of company products and services to assist customers effectively.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and efficiently.
Document and report recurring customer issues and work with internal teams to develop solutions.
Ensure that all customer interactions meet company standards for professionalism and service excellence.
Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services.
Work collaboratively with other departments to address customer concerns and improve service quality.
Key Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in a customer service or customer care role (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
Familiarity with customer service software, CRMs, and ticketing systems.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
High level of patience and a positive attitude toward customer interactions.
Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple customer requests simultaneously.
